Information I collect

Depending on how you interact with RnR Yoga, I may collect:

Your name and contact details, such as your email address and telephone number.
Information you provide when booking a yoga class, workshop, event, private session or other RnR experience.
Information you provide when making an enquiry or registering your interest in future workshops or events.
Booking and transaction information. Payment processing is provided through third-party payment providers and I do not receive or store your full card details.
Information you choose to provide about your yoga experience, preferences or requirements.
Health information that you choose or are asked to provide where this is relevant to participating safely in yoga, such as injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions or physical limitations.

Communications you send to RnR Yoga.

Technical information collected when you use this website, which may include your IP address, device/browser information and information collected through cookies.
How I collect your information

I may collect information when you:

book a class, workshop or event;
complete an enquiry, registration or contact form;
contact me by email, telephone, WhatsApp or social media;
complete a yoga registration or health questionnaire;
subscribe or consent to receive communications from RnR Yoga; or
browse or interact with this website.
The RnR Yoga website is hosted using Wix, which processes certain information on my behalf in providing website, booking, event and related services.

Why I use your information

I use personal information where necessary to:

manage class, workshop and event bookings;
provide yoga classes and other RnR services;
respond to enquiries;
communicate important information about something you have booked;
understand any relevant requirements so that I can provide yoga sessions appropriately and safely;
process payments and maintain appropriate business records;
manage waiting lists and registrations of interest;
improve RnR Yoga’s services and website; and
send marketing or information about future RnR classes, workshops and events where you have consented to receive it or where otherwise permitted by law.
My lawful bases for processing personal information may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations and consent, depending on why the information is being used.

Where I process health information or other special-category personal data, I will only do so where an appropriate lawful basis and special-category condition applies.

Marketing

I will not add you to general marketing communications simply because you have made an enquiry or attended a class unless I have an appropriate legal basis to do so.

Where marketing relies on your consent, you can unsubscribe or withdraw your consent at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided or contacting rangeleyrebecca@gmail.com.

Withdrawing consent will not affect bookings or services you have already purchased.

How your information is stored and shared

The website is hosted on the Wix platform. Wix provides website, booking and related services and may process personal information on behalf of RnR Yoga.

I may also use trusted service providers where necessary to operate RnR Yoga, such as payment providers, email/communications services and professional advisers.

I do not sell your personal information.

I will only share personal information where necessary to provide my services, operate the business, meet a legal obligation, protect someone’s vital interests or where you have authorised me to do so.

Some service providers, including Wix, may process or store data outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate data-protection safeguards are required. Wix states that its infrastructure includes servers in multiple locations and that applicable international-transfer requirements are addressed through its data-processing arrangements.

How long I keep your information

I only keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing services and meeting legal, tax, accounting, insurance and record-keeping requirements.

Different types of information may therefore be kept for different periods.

Information that is no longer required will be deleted or securely disposed of.
